Your symptoms are signals.
Your body is an ecosystem.

Exhausted even when you're trying to rest
Brain fog, mood or sleep that feels less predictable
Weight changes despite “doing everything right”
Hormones that suddenly seem to have changed the rules
Digestion or food tolerance that isn't what it used to be
Labs that say “normal” but you feel anything but
Or simply the feeling that you don't quite feel like you anymore

I'm Valentina, a functional health practitioner, epigenetics specialist, and certified somatic therapist.
For 25 years, I've worked with women at the intersection of physiology, functional health, nervous system regulation, energy, and somatic therapy—helping them understand what their bodies are communicating when the usual answers aren't enough.
My training and clinical experience span functional genomics, HTMA mineral analysis, gut health and microbiome assessment, nervous system regulation, and somatic therapy.
That perspective wasn't built through a single certification. It was developed over decades of study and direct work alongside pioneering practitioners in integrative medicine.
And at 42, I'm navigating perimenopause too. I don't experience midlife as a problem we're supposed to fix or a younger version of ourselves we're supposed to recover. I see it as an invitation to understand ourselves differently. Because hormones don't exist in isolation. Neither do your gut, minerals, nervous system, genetics, energy, stress patterns, or lived experience.
Your body is an ecosystem.
That's why my work isn't about finding the one protocol, test, supplement, or answer that every woman needs.
It's about knowing how the pieces fit together—and translating that complexity into something you can actually understand and use.
My 25 years in somatic work bring another dimension to that process: I don't only pay attention to what the data tells us. I pay attention to the woman living inside the data.
I don't use my expertise to become another authority over your body.
I use it to help you become an authority within your own life.

I've spent 25 years understanding the complexity of the body so you don't have to live in it.

Midlife isn't a problem to solve.
It's an invitation to come home to yourself.
