I have since dedicated over 20 years to training in many holistic modalities and integrating that knowledge and experience into a powerful approach of identifying root causes of imbalances and facilitating lasting breakthroughs.

My expertise stems from my journey of healing myself after facing chronic gut issues, thyroid disease, hormone imbalances, years of acne, allergies, unexplained weight loss and gain, anxiety, learning disabilities, and more. After years of medication, countless doctors, testing, and barely any answers... I explored numerous diets, therapies and holistic approaches, realizing the need for an effective, simpler, more integrated method.
